The referral program is available to current SportsEngine HQ, GoMotion and TeamUnify customers only at this time. The program is not applicable to League Athletics or SportSignUp Play customers. SportsEngine, Inc. employees are not eligible to receive Referral Reward. Referral is only valid in the case of a new opportunity with a net new customer. If referred organization is already in Salesforce as an open or closed opportunity, referral payment will not be paid out.

For individual referrals with a US billing zip code or Canadian billing postal code, a referral reward (“Referral Reward”) will be $100 USD in the form of a SportsEngine Gear powered by SquadLocker coupon code emailed to user’s email address on record, up to a maximum of six (6) Referral Rewards per calendar year (up to $600 USD in total). The referral reward is not valid for individual referrals who do NOT have a US billing zip code or CAN billing postal code.

A Referral Reward will be made to the actual SportsEngine HQ, GoMotion or TeamUnify user who submitted the referral, not to the organization. Submitted referral must close and the organization’s site must have launched and/or the minimum amount of $5,000 USD in payment processing online must occur within 180 days of referral submission date, otherwise, referral payment will “expire” and will not be paid.

Timing of Referral Payment: payment will be made to referrer based on account activation of the referred organization - either (i) when the organization’s site has launched or (ii) when the minimum of $5,000 USD in online processing has occurred.

If multiple individuals refer the same organization, payment will be made to the first eligible individual who submitted the referral. If there are disputes about who actually “claimed” the referred organization, SportsEngine, Inc. will determine, at SportsEngine, Inc.’s sole discretion, whether and how to allocate a Referral Reward.

SportsEngine, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel the Referral Program at any time.
